Scope of Work:

Well Services Engineer

Activities:

As a Well Service Engineer, you will be working in the Well Services team, which is part of the Drilling and Wells group.  Working alongside the Senior Well Service Engineers, you will be involved and support in the design, planning, programming, and execution of safe and cost-efficient well intervention operations in close collaboration with the offshore Well Services frontline leaders. As part of the team, you will be expected to build on your knowledge and experience and support delivery of a high level of performance demonstrating good HSE leadership in the Company and with contracted service suppliers.

You have the ambition and enthusiasm to drive HSE and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs’) in accordance with Company objectives, promoting a safety culture with both onshore and offshore stakeholders. Either independently or alongside the Senior Well Services Engineer some of the tasks you will perform include:

  • Delivering Well Services activities to the SOR Well Delivery Proces
  • Ensuring health, safety and environmental risks are assessed, and necessary measures taken

Overall:

The TD support position is responsible for implementing internal mobility and external recruitment policies and requirements. Two main areas; supporting the TD’s/HRBP by driving internal mobility and external Recruitment. Activities:

Scope: A complex offshore project expecting an estimated total of 120.000 documents across the project.

  • Maintaining the PIMS document management tool (including liaison with tool ‘owners’ regarding modifications) and providing onboarding and training to users

  • Ensuring that contractors comply with the document control requirements

Drilling Engineer - Survey and Data

Activities:

Project Engineering:

  • Drilling Engineer responsible for designing and preparing programmes for execution of assigned workovers or new wells as per company rules 
  • Drilling Engineer responsible for providing input to selected prelim studies for drilling projects. Prelim studies includes doing trajectories, cost estimates and various other key checks to confirm the projects do ability at an early stage with limited information available 
  • Drilling Engineer responsible for preparing WSOR 0/1 for selected upcoming workover
  • Ensure that operational risks are assessed and that necessary measures taken to mitigate operational risks and that contingencies have been evaluated and implemented
  • Identify new suppliers and new technology as an aid to optimizing well delivery and reducing well cost
  • Ensures that programmes are technically validated, best technology selected, and lessons learned incorporated
  • Ensure programmes are issued 45 days ahead of execution and reviewed in advance with Rig/Platform management

Surveying and Wellbore positioning: 

  • Drilling Engineer responsible for maintaining and validating well survey database as per company rule CR FP 415, QA/QC entered well surveys
  • Person in charge and responsible for migrating and maintaining safety critical Compass wells data of 450 wells and 650 trajectories into Company’s WELLMAP database to enable the use of T-desk. This migration process demands detailed QA/QC of all 650 well trajectories (active and abandoned wells) and is extremely time consuming  
  • Person in charge and responsible for migrating and maintaining safety and environment critical CDB wells and chemical data of about 450 wells to WellView. Perform QA QC and ensure accuracy
  • Technical focal point for Drilling and Wells Technical software viz. T Desk, WELLMAP and WellView 
  • Perform checks to ensure that various well planning and execution data like surface locations, error model, rig elevations etc. entered in WELLMAP, T-desk and WellView is accurate

 

Wells Technical Data Management: 

  • Maintains the filing procedures in Drilling and Wells and guide Drilling engineers. Perform spot checks
  • Maintain and update RMX or similar database for new well/workover cost and time estimation
  • Perform training of new users and drilling engineers for WellView and CDB (or equivalent)
  • Liaise with head quarter IT team to address any issues with WellView, WELLMAP or T-Desk 
  • Maintain CDB for chemical reporting (apart from data entry which is done offshore)

 

Drilling & Wells Chemical Compliance:

  • Ensuring Drilling & Wells are within the yearly limits approved by DEPA (Danish Environmental Protection Agency)
  • Ensure all the chemicals in our database have valid PR (product registration) with authorities
  • Ensure we do not use any chemical on the rigs or platforms that are not in the permit

Expert user in Paladin DesignBase 6 (EDSA)

Ce-Tec has a project where we need an expert in Paladin DesignBase 6 (EDSA), as soon as possible.

The task is to collect data from existing switchboards / relays and perform calculation analysis of these in EDSA.

These are primarily arc flash calculations on switchboards at 10 kV, 3 kV and 400 volt levels.

The EDSA software and license will be made available to you.

Offshore Commissioning ICSS Lead
  • Preparation and execution of Commissioning for all ICSS (Fire & Gas, SCADA, ESD, HIPS and PLC) within the Project scope as described in the Context & Environment section below.

  • Driving HSE performance in accordance with Company Group objectives, demonstrating HSE leadership and promoting a safety culture with the team and service providers.
  • Ensuring that health, safety and environmental risks are assessed, and necessary measures are taken to mitigate safety and health risks according to ALARP (As Low As Reasonably Practical) principle.
