Working as a Consultant for Ce-Tec A/S at a Danish Oil & Gas Company. 

Situation in organization

This position is responsible for delivering operational support to the offshore site and the Operations Readiness team. Mainly internal stakeholders. No direct reports.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 18 months

Activitites

HSSE

• Maintain the highest level of occupational safety by complying with our golden rules. In the event of unsafe actions or situation in noncompliance, use the stop card to intervene
• Carry out daily activities in compliance with our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Charter, and our Code of Conduct
• Drive visible safety leadership; take responsibility for you and your colleagues’ safety and well being

Operations activities

• Provide input to SIMOPS dossiers, Standing iInstructions, Derogation Requests, P&ID Line Marking Up. Isolation Plans, Flushing Procedues, Inerting Procedures, Operation Procedures
• Lead production related initiatives
• Contribute to the Work Pack issued by other disciplines (e.g., Maintenance, Inspection, Start-up)
• Provide assistance to Offshore as required
• Develop training and implementation support for new procedures
• Support the DGS and Integrity Management
• Provide support to the Derogation Process
• Ensure procedures are aligned to Total Referential
• Coordinate tasks with field operation teams onshore & offshore
• Manage coordination of activities to avoid SIMOPS conflicts and maintain a clear Risk profile based on activities
• Ensure compliance with CoW requirements – ensuring tasks, risks and mitigations are considered
• Conduct site visits as and when required

Background/Qualification/Experience required

• 10 years’ experience within oil and gas industry with exposure to Production and Maintenance
• Good IT technical skills, easy adaptable to digitalisation processes
• Good troubleshooting skills, working in a structured approach to solve technical problems
• Good analytical skills and must be able to keep overview of many activities simultaneously
• Must have the ability to connect with people and provide coaching
• Role model in Safety leadership
• Fluent in spoken and swritten Danish and English language
• OPERCAP certificate or equivalent
