Working as a Consultant for Ce-Tec A/S at a Danish Oil & Gas Company.

Line manager: Maintenance Methods Lead & Maintenance Manager 

Job and service dimension

Start date: 01.01.2024

Duration: 1 year

Activities 

• Manage the CMIMS (SAP PM) system, including Master Data, BOM’s, SECE, Maintenance Strategies, data quality and consistency. Acts as Key User; facilitate trainings and first line assistance 
• KPI extractions and analysis on multiple sources 
• CBM Developments 
• Ensure all PM plans are called through the CMIMS on time 
• Updating of and communication and roll out on business processes and CMS documents 
• Implementation and development of KPI dashboards (using tools like BI4, BiCycle, Excel, etc. etc.) 
• Develop, Analyze and Report on the defined maintenance KPIs, (e.g. Rotating equipment Reliability/Availability, Backlog, WO Count, etc.) 
• Development  of  digital  tools,  for  the  purpose  of  more  efficient maintenance execution and follow up
• Active coaching of employees in all aspects of maintenance preparation and execution from the business process and technical procedures (MWI’s) point of view 
• Manage and execute “in house” improvement projects (e.g., stock reviews, PM optimizations) 
• Participate in and provide feedback for UAT of maintenance related applications   and   equipment’s   (e.g.,   CMIMS   updates, Mobility developments, Condition monitoring applications, etc.) 
• Active  participation  and  implementation  role  in  CBM/Reliability related developments 
• Work transversely with other maintenance disciplines where specific knowledge  is  required  (e.g.,  Rotating  equipment  follow  up; CBM applications)  
• Identify and follow up on equipment bad actors and potential  production vulnerably threads due to equipment and spare parts unavailability (e.g., due to obsolescence) 

Background/Qualification/Experience required

• BA or MSc degree in relevant discipline, or same level acquired through experience  
• Strong knowledge of Production equipment and related maintenance techniques 
• Knowledge of use of SAP, Dashboarding tools, MsOffice,  

Personal qualifications:

• Structure, quality conscious, processes oriented with a result driven approach and attitude  
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with many different stakeholder
• Approachable, Good listening and communication skills
