Working as a Consultant for Ce-Tec A/S at a Danish Oil & Gas Company.

Job and service dimension

Duration: 1 year

 

Scope of work:

  • Drives HSE performance in accordance with company objectives, demonstrates HSE leadership and develops a safety culture with the team and service providers.  
  • Follow up on all Safety and operational related issues.  
  • Company rep. for the Supply Base. Being the first point of contact in case of any incident. RSES will delegate tasks and ensure that information is send through the right channels according to Company rules and procedures.  
  • As Company Rep, overseeing implementing the entity's HSE policy and management system on a Site. Hereunder being responsible for the preparedness and management of emergency situations.
  • Shall physically execute site visits to all relevant sites within perimeter on a high frequent basis and are expected to drive and ensure the highest level of housekeeping.  
  • Provides safe and cost-efficient Supply Base services (40-50 contracted people), including QC tasks, for all relevant goods movements (packing, shipping, trucking, lifting, loading etc.) and required equipment in the Company within supply base perimeter in compliance with regulation, Group Métier and HSE rules
  • Responsible for the maintenance and rental of the container fleet, baskets, and chemical tanks to ensure that we have an efficient active fleet (Cost and size) - budget between 10 and 15 million DKK.  
  • Ensure proactive engagement in the planning, budgeting, assurance, operation, and cost control for Supply Base Operation.  
  • Establishing integrated planning (integrated demand & supply forecast) and demand visibility as basis for operational execution and for setting optimal logistics assets level  
  • Contract management to ensure that all contracts are of the highest possible safety, quality, and operations performance standards and that the rates are lowest possible
  • Develops and drives a performance culture through quality control and performance (KPI) system, develops efficiency improvements and maintains relevant procedures accordingly  
  • Manages all operational aspects of the Contract. He/she is responsible for the overall management of the Contract, including but not limited to Communication, HSE Performance, Contract Performance, Quality Assurance, and issues Call-Off orders for the services required.
  • Jobholder is accountable for providing safe and cost-efficient Supply Base services. And to contract manage other related contracts. Ensuring delivery of SOX reports and stock count according to company rules and engaged with the DUC partners in the Stock Count process.  
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the 20+ externals warehouses together main warehouse. Inventory + 200 million $. 
  • Provide the support needed for the Company business objectives. 

 

 

Background/Qualification/Experience required

  • Background in relevant discipline, 10 years successful industry experience in relevant disciplines such as Planning, Operations & Supply Chain with a sound understanding of logistics, operational/site conditions and requirements.  
  • Further, knowledge of Customs, Export Control, Dangerous Goods Management, logistics processes.
