Job description
Working as a Consultant for Ce-Tec A/S at a Danish Oil & Gas Company.
This position is responsible for delivering support to the offshore scheduling, mobilsation, and handling of related personnel admin. Onshore and offshore admin support such as budget, planning, HR-tasks and a wider range of ad-hoc tasks. No direct reports.
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 18 months
Activitites
- Provide planning and scheduling for offshore personnel
- Support the offshore team with backfill during sickness or absence
- Field Operations Focal point for administration of sickness cases and other HR-related tasks
- Develop and maintain Production Operations’ plans for onshore and offshore tasks
- Provide Production operation input to Integrated Activit Planning
- Support the performance management process, when necessary, by producing weekly/monthly reports
- Expedition of materials, personnel, contracts, and budget related items
Background/Qualification/Experience required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of oil and gas industry including project planning and Operational administration
- Economic, technical, or other relevant educational background
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to integrate people, systems, and expertise
- Strong experience with administrative systems, Microsoft office programs, and simple planning tools and techniques
- Well-funded SAP knowledge and user experience
