Working as a Consultant for Cetec Energy at a Danish Oil & Gas Company. 

Situation in organization

Line manager: Team Lead for ITS Project Management 

Job and service dimension

Location: Onshore

Start date: November 16th 2025 (tentative)

End date: Juli 31st 2026 

Duration: App. 8 months

Activitites

• Management of new and ongoing network segmentation projects.  
• Ensure successful delivery of assigned projects to agreed budget, scope, schedule and quality. 
• Stakeholder management: liaise with technical experts (cybersecurity, IT and OT), vendors and activity owners.   
• Proactive management of dependencies within and to other projects and control any critical path activities.  
• Creating and maintaining project documentation in line with the organization’s Project Management framework.  
• Proactive risk and issue identification, remediation and management.  
• Reporting and communicating progress of the projects to various stakeholders and ensuring regular project status updates.  
• Ensuring successful handover to operations of completed projects.  

Background/Qualification/Experience required

• Proven experience managing projects for operational industrial systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of networking systems.
• OT cybersecurity knowledge / experience – Cybersecurity by design. 
• Experience in working in cross-departmental teams and/or Agile experience.
• Compliance oriented, ensuring compliance with internal technical standards.
