”I started at Ce-Tec freshly out of university, and from the first day I experienced an informal, present and professional approach to the daily tasks - both from management and my colleagues. Ce-Tec is an exciting and versatile workplace with flexible working hours where I have developed my professional compentencies in my particular areas of interest - even in directions that were not "in the cards". It is my honest opinion that management's confidence and my colleagues' support and input make Ce-Tec what it is - a workplace with good working conditions and room for your own ideas, and not least a wide range of compentencies where a high professional level is a common denominator".
