Du er uddannet elektriker eller har en anden relevant uddannelse og har nogle års erfaring med lignende arbejde. Det er en fordel hvis du også har Rope erfaring, samt kendskab til SAP.

Du kan dansk og engelsk på et rimeligt niveau.

Du vil blive en del af et team af fagligt kompetente kollegaer, der arbejder i turnus i Olie og Gas industrien.

Expert user in Paladin DesignBase 6 (EDSA)

The job

Position type; Project position, approx. 5 months duration

Start date: ASAP.

 

Ce-Tec has a project where we need an expert in Paladin DesignBase 6 (EDSA), as soon as possible.

The task is to collect data from existing switchboards / relays and perform calculation analysis of these in EDSA.

These are primarily arc flash calculations on switchboards at 10 kV, 3 kV and 400 volt levels.

The EDSA software and license will be made available to you.

The workplace can be both in Esbjerg or at home. Visits to external customers must be expected to the extent required by the task.

 

About you

  • We expect you to be either a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Energy Technology (alternativly titled "Heavy Current Engineer") or have an Academy Profession (AP) Degree in Service Engineering.

Finance Business Analyst

The job

As a consultant for Ce-Tec A/S, the position as Finance Business Analyst at the Customer includes:

  • Finance Business Partner and advisor for the Company’s Redevelopment Project, driving the Finance agenda and establishing cost- and budget ownership as well as a commercial mindset throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate and drive forecasting, budget, and long-term plan processes within the Redevelopment Project including appropriate challenge to cost and operational plans.
  • Verify month end results and engage the organization to perform variance and burn rate analysis based on business performance and activities.
  • Liaise with the organization and the Cost Control team to collate and prepare for VOWD estimates, ensuring validated Accruals shared with the Cost Team.
  • Provide financial understanding across PnL, Balance sheet and Inventory etc. to the organization.
  • Drive transparency and efficiency on G&A spend for all budget holders within the Redevelopment project to ensure appropriate reporting and management of costs internally and towards JV partners.
  • Understand and provide transparency to internal and external allocations impacting the Redevelopment project including Corporate charges, Logistics and employees.
  • Liaise with Economics, Controlling and Cost Controlling teams to understand financial impact on both equity and JV books as well as bridging between LTP, actuals and forecasts/budgets.
  • Maintain effective working relationship with JV partners ensuring accurate and timely information for JV reporting.
  • Financial advisor in relation to all investment approvals for the Redevelopment Project (Company and JV processes – letters, IP’s and AFE’s)
  • Support the development and benchmarking of project OPEX estimates.
  • Drive and support finance improvement projects including 3c

 

Goal/Purpose:

  • To act as the Finance focal point and advisor to the Redevelopment Project, driving the financial agenda in the leadership forums and securing budget- and cost ownerships throughout the organization.
  • Provides financial leadership, guidance and support on reporting, financial business performance as well as implementation and execution of financial strategies and priorities.
  • To provide comprehensive business analysis and support to achieve business goals by providing key business information and ensuring appropriate challenge is applied to forecasts, long term plans and financial decision.

 

About you

  • High caliber Qualified Finance professional with a proven track record and Oil & Gas Industry knowledge and experience.
  • Good accounting knowledge with ability to interpret, analyse and present financial data in a business context.
  • Very proficient with SAP.
  • Good business/commercial awareness and proven analytical skills to ensure value-add to the organisation.
  • Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
  • Ability to create positive relationships with peers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Engaging personality with highly developed social and effective communication skills with the ability to present complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner.

Offshore Commissioning ICSS Lead

The job

Duration: 2 years

As a consultant for Ce-Tec A/S, the position as Offshore Commissioning ICSS Lead at the Customer includes:

  • Preparation and execution of Commissioning for all ICSS (Fire & Gas, SCADA, ESD, HIPS and PLC) within the Project scope as described in the Context & Environment section below.
  • You shall have the capacity to manage the commissioning ICSS teams working simultaneously in multiple offshore topsides) as well as the onshore control room and provide the adequate supports accordingly.

 

HSE responsibilities:

  • Be a Champion for HSE during Offshore Execution, leading by example.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of CPY HSE Policy and Procedures;
  • Actively participate to the HSE meetings and lead TRA’s meetings as required;
  • Make sure the execution of the activity is done in line with the work permit and be committed to stop any unsafe acts;
  • Report any anomaly, unsafe act for further analysis and propose corrective actions;
  • Ensure that all personnel under your supervision is acting as per all points mentioned above
  • Hold un updated Safety inhibition list, set point as well as an updated RLMU for your discipline along the project life till the safe handover to the end user (in particular C&E)
  • The main player in SIL related tasks within commissioning
  • You shall ensure the compliance with the cyber security requirement
  • In charge of PTW preparation and opening on site for your discipline tasks

As a leader in your discipline, you are involved in the following tasks:

  • BEFORE Sail-Away, liaise with each construction yard to ensure that all required temporaries are put in place before sail away to optimize an early offshore commissioning commencement.
  • Be fully aware of the status of all subsystems at sail away point of time in particular (all ICSS tasks performed at yard and the pending ones,  yard CFTP status and close-out, final punch list status at sail away and carryover works) related to your discipline.
  • Ensure that ICSS related consumables and temporary equipment are made ready before arrival of platforms (when applicable)
  • Liaise with CSC´s ICSS as well as ICSS vendors team to prepare the required planning, PTW, procedures and check sheets to perform the ICSS tasks in line with the offshore planning and commissioning sequence
  • With the vendors and instrument team, ensure optimized packages loop testing including the interface with the ICSS and inter-trip signals between the different topsides.
  • Monitor the progress and notify the Commissioning Engineer when all ICSS/instrumentation tasks achieved for each subsystem
  • Review and validate the subsystems pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers for his discipline
  • Closely follow the punch list related to your discipline and plan for closure
  • Make sure that all risk assessment of the instrumentation tasks are prepared and implemented on site
  • Ensure that all personnel mandatory trainings for his team are performed and valid
  • Witness or his delegate, the MC form electrical side
  • Manage the commissioning spare parts related to your discipline and incite any emergency material request
  • Coordinate with the vendors, CSC, instrument and PLC engineers in the different topsides as well as onshore control room to make sure that all tasks are being performed safely and on time
  • you are the inhibition reviewer/approver for the safety devices from Commissioning side.
  • Coordinate with the third party for the witness and required documentation for SIL, safety and critical element in your area of responsibility
  • Responsible for ICSS/PLC/HIPS/Metering/ …etc, vendors onsite (planning for mob/demob, day-to-day follow up and KOM/close-out meetings/reports)
  • Participate to the preparation of Offshore Commissioning Schedule and planning
  • Part of reviewers/issuers of any TQ withing Commissioning.
  • Provide your discipline reports to the Commissioning Engineer (daily, weekly, monthly and close-outs)
  • You are the leader for the follow up of the execution of his discipline operational tests and giving the support to other OTPs as far as his discipline is concerned
  • Take the necessary measures to achieve safe and proper energization on site for each new equipment under your discipline with/without vendors.
  • Part of the Field Black start for ICSS side.

 

You will be part of a large redevelopment project with many EPC contractors involved. The scope of work consist in the upgrade of an existing offshore field in order to extend its lifetime and production renewing platforms topsides, living quarters, process platforms. 

The responsibility of Mechanical Completion and Commissioning of TRP will be split between EPC Contractor (onshore) and CPY (offshore).

EPC CTR’s remain responsible for execution of onshore Yard Commissioning as well as for the preparation of all required Commissioning Procedure for both Onshore and Offshore execution Phase (Engineering).

CPY remain responsible for the Offshore execution phase, including the preparation of the database, and for the supervision of Engineering by EPC and Onshore Phase execution in the yards.

 

About you

  • 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Projects as Commissioning ICSS Specialist
  • Offshore works experience, North Sea experience is plus,
  • Knowledge of the process and automation specifications,
  • Proven experience in dealing with one or more the well-recognized ICSS vendors (Yokogawa, Siemens, ABB, Honey well, Rockwell, Foxboro, etc),
  • Ability to adapt and to represent the company in discussions, negotiations and meetings with contractors, partners and regulatory authorities,
  • Certified to fully deal with powered systems,
  • Able to communicate and to work with all the company and Vendor personnel,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Hands on and computer literate (Standard software’s).
  • Good knowledge of Commissioning Methodology and Databases. Hands on with PIMS-CMS is a plus.
