Job description
Working as a Consultant for Ce-Tec A/S at a Danish Oil & Gas Company.
Situation in organization
Line manager: IPOC Lead
Job and service dimension
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Until December 31st 2025, with option to extend until April 2027.
Scope of Work
- Ensure 24-hour DOCC services
- Contribute to the Shortfall and Production Performance Management system, generating the NPDMS daily morning report
- Continuous optimizing and monitoring of oil & gas export and quality
- Gas nomination coordination between DUC partners according to gas sales agreements and contracts
- Gas nomination coordination between Nybro and Nogat pipelines
- REMIT (Gas Marked Message)
- Contact point for partner’s commercial departments
- Validation of the raw daily production figures in NPDMS etc.
- Contribute to the identification of the daily shortfalls (quantification and origin)
- Accountable for the daily 7-day gas forecast
- Accountable for the daily 7-day oil forecast
- Validation and communication of the 4-month gas forecast
- Communicate the deviation to Commercial Partners & Pipeline operators
- Relay to IPOC Lead in Emergency situations
- Offshore/IPOC support and immediate diagnostic
- Validate allocation and data in NPDMS. Correct and document deficiencies
- AIS Anti-Ship collision monitoring
- Requester and communication link with JRCC for MEDEVAC in liaison with IPOC Lead
- Communication of Spills to Authorities, and act as communication link between offshore and MAS
- Emergency First Point of Contact duty
- From a DOOC perspective, contribute to/with:

Monitor and optimize the platforms throughputs and well performance

Support inter-field production and water injection optimization in line with IPOC

Provide immediate assistance and diagnostic

Contribute to the Site prioritization process

Communication and directing support- & standby vessels

- Ensure flowing information between Site to Site and Site to IPOC and coordinate interfield activities
- Develop/recommend digital solutions as required
- Morning shortfall reporting and daily short message reporting
- Building surveillance
- Company position very visible in the country (i.e. Company is a leading Oil & Gas business in Denmark)
- Mature and high complexity assets (5800 MCI including Tyra)
- Position with very high commercial and financial impact based on the day-to-day decisions, judgements etc. for forecasting, nominations and re-nominations
- Residential work with duty weekends
Rotation Scheme:
The rotation is a 5-week rotation changing in between day, evening and night shift following off-periods. Each day is 12 hours
7 days day shift, followed by 7 days off
4 days evening shift, followed by 3 days off
7 days night shift, followed by 7 days off
After three 5-week rotations you will have a 3-week period off. Estimated number of working hours for 12 months = 2000 hours
Background/Qualification/Experience required
- Level / Diploma: n/a
- Professional Experience: experienced minimum Chief Operator, Chief CCR Operator or equivalent experience from the pillar pools of Company. Fluency in English. Good analytic skills, math and IT skills.
