Job description
Working as a Consultant for Ce-Tec A/S at a Danish Oil & Gas Company.
Situation in organization
Reports til Scheduling Lead
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Scope of work
- Drives HSE performance in accordance with Group objectives, demonstrates HSE leadership and develops a safety culture with the team
- Develop, review and issue project plans from Final InvestmentDecision (FID) until Handover to Field Operations
- Develop, review and issue the E&C plans (5Y, 2y, 1y, 90d to execution)
- Liaise with activity owners within engineering, IOP Planner and Campaign Coordinators to ensure accurate engineering functional plans fully aligned with integrated plans
- Engage with activity owners to ensure adhering to planning process including planning toll gates are met
- Facilitate Engineering and Construction planning meetings as per Operating Rhythm
- Track and report on functional plan stability and misses.
- Actively pursue Planning process improvement opportunities and conduct root cause analyses of schedule misses
Accountabilities
The jobholder is accountable for developing, reviewing and issuing the E&C functional plan (5Y to execution) and keeping it aligned with the Integrated Asset Plan
Background/Qualification/Experience required
Professional qualifications:
- BA degree in relevant technical discipline, 5-10 years successful industry experience in relevant technical discipline
- Knowledge of Planning and Scheduling processes and use of Primavera and SAP
Personal qualifications:
- Structure, quality conscious, processes oriented with a result driven approach and attitude
- Ability to influence without authority and collaborate with many different stakeholders
- Good listening and communication skills
