Do you have solid experience in Construction Engineering and want a leading role where you ensure that offshore activities are professionally prepared and executed?
We are looking for an experienced colleague to drive and coordinate onshore work preparation for offshore campaigns and projects within the energy field.
You are responsible for ensuring that all Engineering & Construction activities are fully prepared onshore and delivered offshore with the right resources, materials and documentation.
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure complete onshore preparation of E&C activities prior to offshore execution
- Lead and coordinate the work preparation team in line with the project plan and milestones
- Drive reporting on progress, procurement and engineering deliverables
- Ensure all quality processes and procedures are followed and documented
- Review and comment on SOW and technical deliverables
- Coordinate with procurement for materials, equipment and engineering
- Identify, resolve or escalate challenges in the work preparation team
- Ensure full compliance with HSEQ requirements and safety procedures
Your profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction engineering or a leading role in engineering & construction
- In-depth knowledge of relevant processes and procedures in the industry
- Solid experience in coordination and team management
- Experience with procurement interfaces and technical deliverables
- Strong understanding of HSEQ
- Experienced Microsoft Office user
- Experience with SAP (e.g. Unisol) is an advantage
