The scope included a bespoke lifting and securing solution for the safe removal of bolts and controlled access to the bed frame. The solution made it possible to secure the relevant components whilst work was being carried out and to create space for welding repairs in an area with restricted access.
Reparationsarbejdet omfattede fræsning af beskadiget område, svejsning efter relevant WPS, slibning, NDT med penetrantprøvning, kontrol og dokumentation.
