We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer for an exciting role within offshore energy.
You will have a central position with responsibility for condition monitoring, reliability and technical support on critical offshore equipment.
The role combines technical leadership, hands-on maintenance and project work - both onshore and offshore.
Your responsibilities
- Take ownership of advanced condition & reliability monitoring
- Lead troubleshooting, maintenance, rectification and technical modifications
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and OEMs
- Drive digitalisation through remote monitoring and condition-based maintenance
- Participate in the entire project lifecycle - from study and design to commissioning and start-up
- Supervise and perform level 4+5 maintenance offshore
- Contribute to technical guidelines and major upgrade campaigns
- Take part in maintenance duty rotation when needed
Your profile
- Electrical engineering degree (BSc or higher)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid offshore experience with electrical systems
- Strong technical insight into:
- IEC standards
- Transformers, UPS, switchboards
- Advanced troubleshooting (surface & downhole equipment)
- Digital monitoring systems
- Proactive, structured and curious approach
- Fluent in English
