Reparation af Yaw Ring
Udfordringen
Beskadigede tænder på en drejering kan hurtigt sætte en vindmølle ud af drift. Selv små skader fører til fejljustering, øget belastning på drivsystemet og i værste fald et fuldstændigt driftsstop. Den gængse løsning er at udskifte hele drejeringen – en proces, der kræver brug af kran, længere driftsstop og betydelige omkostninger til reservedele.
Alternativet
Hos Cetec Energy griber vi problemet anderledes an. Vores teams udfører præcisionsreparationer oppe i tårnet. Med en specialiseret og afprøvet reparationsprocedure for svingringe udføres svejsearbejdet oppe i tårnet, og de beskadigede tænder genopbygges og restaureres uden at nacellen skal demonteres.
Resultatet
Denne metode bringer værkstedet ind i vindmøllen. Det er hurtigere, langt mere omkostningseffektivt og forlænger levetiden for kritiske komponenter. For operatørerne betyder det reduceret nedetid, kontrollerede omkostninger og vindmøller, der er tilbage i produktion inden for få dage – ikke uger.
