Instrumentation Engineer within Oil and Gas.

Onshore, Esbjerg, Denmark

 

The job

As a consultant for Ce-Tec A/S, the position as Instrumentation Leader at the Customer includes:

  • Organising and preparing the maintenance activities in compliance with the Company’s Referential and Local & International Regulation.
  • Being focal point for the asset for his/her discipline related equipment.
  • Following the end-to-end process with regards to corrective and preventive maintenance operations related to his/her discipline.
  • Acting as technical specialist in the Stock Management process.
  • Ensuring stock levels are kept at the desired level to ensure efficient operations and in compliance with the stock cost levels, including the obsolescence management.
  • Managing the backloads of equipment for refurbishment and reintegration into stock.
  • Performing Quality Control of to-be shipped components required for critical activities.
  • Providing technical input for new contracts and tender processes.
  • Participating in the SQMs for the contracts related to his/her discipline.
  • Organising and participating in Risk Assessments when required.
  • SECE guardian for his/her assigned SECE subsystems.
  • Preparing the work orders for the execution of the maintenance tasks related to his/her disciplines according to the work preparation quality requirements with a proper cost consciousness. Uses Sap CMIMS for the Work preparation of routine and non-routine activities.
  • Providing input for the budget exercises and timely informs/consults the team lead for potential over-runs.
  • Managing the backlog and defines actions to limit the size of backlog to a manageable amount.
  • Contributing to the Campaign scope preparation.
  • Engaging with site personnel, contractors and vendors on a regular basis.
  • Contributing to the  Planning and Schedule processes.
  • Providing the Tier 2 assistance and expertise to OOC.
  • Ensuring the reliability of the equipment related to his/her equipment and limits the downtime in case of breakdown.
  • Ensuring relevant documents in the CMS are up to date.

 

About you

  • A bachelor engineering degree level
  • 3 (Jr) to 10 years (Sr) experience in Oil & Gas industry with background in instrumentation equipment and systems.
  • The ability to understand, explain and present to both technical and non-technical audiences in a persuasive and convincing manner.
  • Has specific technical know-how related to his/her discipline.

Campaign Planner within oil and gas

The job

Description: As a consultant for Ce-Tec A/S, the position as Campaign leader at the Customer includes:

  • Driving HSE performance in accordance with the Company’s objectives, demonstrating HSE leadership and developing a safety culture with the team.
  • Developing, reviewing and issuing campaign plans (5Y, 2y, 1y, 90d to execution).
  • Liaising with IOP Planner, Activity Owners and Campaign Coordinators to ensure accurate and deliverable Campaign plans aligned with integrated plans.
  • Compiling final scope for campaigns between 2Y and 120 day gate and distributing for review to scope owners and key stakeholders.
  • Attending and facilitating campaign meetings as per Operating Rhythm.
  • Ensurong planning toll gates are met.
  • Supporting and collaborating on shutdown planning activities.
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign plan stability and misses. Actively pursuing Planning process improvement opportunities and conducting root cause analyses of schedule misses
  • Developing, reviewing and issuing the Campaign plan (5Y to execution) aligned with the Integrated Asset Plan.

 

About you

  • BA degree in relevant technical discipline, 5-10 years successful industry experience in relevant technical discipline such as maintenance, engineering, construction and operations.
  • Offshore experience a plus.
  • You have the ability to understand, explain and present to both technical and non-technical audiences in a persuasive and convincing manner.
  • Experienced with Planning and scheduling processes and use of Primevera, SAP and planning and scheduling methods.
  • Structured, quality conscious, process oriented with result driven approach and attitude.
  • Competent facilitator of meetings to drive meeting efficiency and challenge meeting attendees when required.
  • You have the ability to influence without authority, both offshore and onshore.

Maintenance Functional Planner within oil and gas

Description: As a consultant for Ce-Tec A/S, the position as Maintenance Functional Planner at the Customer includes:

  • Driving HSE performance in accordance with the Company’s objectives, demonstrating HSE leadership and developing a safety culture with the team.
  • Developing, reviewing and issuing Maintenance functional plans for all Sites under Field Operation department (5Y, 2y, 1y, 90d to execution).
  • Developing, reviewing and issuing ad-hoc outage plans for major Maintenance non-routine work.
  • Liaising with activity owners within Maintenance discipline teams, IOP Planner and Campaign Coordinators to ensure accurate Maintenance functional plans fully aligned with integrated plans.
  • Engaging with activity owners to ensure adhering to planning process including planning toll gates are met.
  • Facilitating Maintenance planning meetings as per Operating Rhythm.
  • Supporting and collaborating on shutdown planning activities.
  • Tracking and reporting on functional plan stability and misses. Actively pursuing Planning process improvement opportunities and conducting root cause analyses of schedule misses.

Consultant (HR Tool) within oil and gas

The job

Duration;  Fulltime, 9 months, with option to extend.

Start date: ASAP

Description: As a consultant for Ce-Tec A/S, the position as Consultant (HR Tool) at the Customer includes being LEAD on:

  • Driving change management, communication, tool and process enhancement for successful implementation with TDs, IT and C&P – increased focus the first year after go live.
  • Analyzing trends in data errors and initiating mitigating actions and enhancements.
  • Managing Company’s EWM cases from Process & System shared mailbox – serves as the basis of understanding errors and initiating actions.
  • Being the focal point between HR Talent Developers, IT and Secretaries supporting in the implementation of the process and tool; understanding any challenges; and work together with stakeholders to improve the process and tool.
  • Conducting trainings of the tool and process together with stakeholders as required.
  • Minimum 75% allocation from January to summer. Hereafter 50% allocation. Expected time: 9 months depending on how/when the change is anchored in the business.
  • Reporting to Company’s HR Manager due to costs, but daily management is with HR Processes & Systems Division.

 

About you

  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong executer.
  • Work as a project consultant taking the lead on driving a successful implementation, aligning with stakeholders and ensuring proper communication.
  • Being able to analyze cases and propose mitigating actions to minimize error and optimize implementation.
  • Being able to work with data and understand how to combine data across two HR tools
