  Activities

  • The focal point of Start Up team on site and working closely with the field operations and commissioning team to ensure that work is going as per START-UP sequence and in appropriate manner
  • Responsible for START-UP General Document preparation and then the execution on site after approval, this includes but not limited to be Start Up Execution Plan, START-UP Consumables
  • Manage the START-UP interface with different parties onsite (organize the witnessing by START-UP and Production team for the execution of commissioning activities (OTPs, leak tests…). Beside the interface with the onshore CCR and other sites when required.
  • Part of the interface is to make sure that all existing lines are ready for use on time & dry-out performed properly
  • Issue the START-UP reports (daily/weekly, monthly & close out)
  • With START-UP Manager, coordinate on time, the need for mobilization/supply of material, consumables & tools as well as vendor/manpower support requirements for Start-up issue
  • Review and validate the commissioning dossiers and approve the punch list before entry into PIMS-CMS

  Context and Environment

Tyra Project Redevelopment is made of Brownfield and Greenfield activities and several EPC contractors which multiply the interfaces and complexity.

Therefore, all activities are to be closely coordinated with other parts of TRP and Company organization.

  Scope of Work

The jobholder:

  • Drives HSE performance in accordance with Company objectives, demonstrates HSE leadership and develops a safety culture with the team and service providers
  • Provides support and assurance to the operational entities for Aviation, hereunder all helicopters, drones, helideck, aviation fuel and related operations in compliance with regulation, Group Métier and HSE rules to ensure safe and cost-efficient operations
  • Facilitates EP/DSO/IP/LSO/AER periodic visits / Audits to the operator(s) to verify operations are being performed in accordance with applicable regulations, CRs, GSs, operations/ maintenance manuals, aviation requirements, contract language and industry best practice
  • Follows-up outstanding audit findings to ensure actions and compliance and advice EP/DSO/IP/LSO/AER as necessary
  • Ensures proactive engagement in the planning, budgeting, assurance, operation, and cost control for Aviation
  • Contract management of all Aviation contracts to ensure that all contracts are of the highest possible safety, quality, and operations performance standards and that the rates are lowest possible
  • Develops and drives a performance culture through quality control and performance (KPI) system, develops efficiency improvements and maintains relevant procedures accordingly
  • Prepares and evaluates, in close cooperation with FBS/C&P invitations to tender for services and acts as Technical Duet through the contract execution
  • Manages all operational aspects of the Contract. He/she is responsible for the overall management of the Contract, including but not limited to Communication, HSE Performance, Contract Performance, Quality Assurance, and issues Call-Off orders for the services required
  • Organizes, on request of the Contract Owner, minimum one (1) Service Quality Meeting per year. The Technical Duet may organize additional meetings at a higher frequency at the start of a Contract or when the performance is considered substandard

Qualifications/Experience required

The incumbent must have:

  • Professional qualifications: university degree or technical qualification in relevant discipline, 10-15 years successful industry experience in relevant disciplines with a sound understanding of logistics, knowledge of Aviation Regulations & law (National BL, EASA, FDTL, JIG etc.), operational/site conditions and requirements
  • Audit and Risk management knowledge
  • Personal qualifications: good listening skills, communication skills and decision-making ability, along with negotiating skills 
  • Quality conscious, service-minded and result driven approach and attitude. Ability to influence and able to work independently and cross functionally with many cultures. Significant change management experience, and the ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously in a high volume of constantly changing activities.

 The jobholder:

As Campaign Site Lead in the Field Operation team, you will be able to shape and develop a central role with great influence in safe, timely and effective execution of campaign activities. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of Campaign activity reporting and offshore work preparation on future campaign activities. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when developing the Campaign Model taking into consideration the local market conditions, partial and full field shutdown opportunities, the mono or multi métier various possible technical approaches, the various resources available or to develop etc.

Overall, you have the responsibility of the campaign preparing and execution in all matters, timeline, budget, safe execution and shortfall deviations from the plan. Finally, you are responsible for the QA of the preparation phase, integration and sourcing of the various supporting activities and entity scopes.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

  • Contribute to HSE performance in line with Total Group objectives;
  • Integrate into an execution plan the “campaign-able” activities prepared by Maintenance, Inspection, Wells Services, Engineering & Construction;
  • Ensure the Work Packs, Procedures, Permits to Works, Risk Assessments and Toolbox Talks are correctly drafted by the Support Entities;
  • Ensure the main resources of the scopes are provided in time by the Support Entities;
  • Ensure the Isolations, Inhibitions, Flushing, Inerting various scopes are provided;
  • Provide input for the Campaign various Planning and Scheduling;
  •  Provide and Execution Plan and source the supporting resources (e.g., vessels, scaffolding, HSE supervision);
  •  Prepare and execute the on-boarding process of the various workforces prior the execution phases to commence;
  • Execute the Campaign safely and efficiently;
  • Contribute to the 2-year visions of planned campaigns and the 90-day planning;
  • Influence the 90-day planning;
  • Influence the 5-week planning;
  • Issue t-REX.

Qualifications/Experience required

The incumbent must have:

  • Maintenance or Construction Superintendent;
  • Bachelor’s degree such as engineering, marine engineer or equivalent;
  • +2 years of experience in Operations at Site;
  • Proficiency in oral and written English.
