We’re looking for a Technical Officer to support an IT Services organization in a dynamic and international environment.
About the job:
- Support IT operations with SAP processes (WBS, PR creation, material creation)
- Assist with budget follow-up, cost control, and reporting
- Act as a decentralized buyer, ensuring compliant and efficient purchases
- Coordinate IT-related communication and manage intranet/WAT content
- Support project governance, audits, and standard IT processes
- Assist Project Managers with project administration and offshore-related planning
- Support contractor onboarding and maintenance via EWM
What you bring:
- Broad IT understanding and strong knowledge of SAP tools and processes
- Experience with finance, procurement, or project environments is a plus
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (Danish and/or French is a plus)
- Broad exposure across IT, finance, governance, and projects
- High level of responsibility and ownership
- Collaboration with diverse stakeholders in an international setup
- A role where structure, coordination, and impact truly matter
